I have placed an order dated **jul** vide order id *****************A for Rs ***/- and one medicine was missing. Since that day i am writing to netmeds but they are not replying now. Its a month now and they have neither refund my money no sent the medicine as my order was prepaid.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
