I had ordered few cosmetics from nykaa and I had to receive ** items in the shipment but I have received only one item and a baby shampoo bottle which was not ordered. As per their criteria I had raised a return request but they rejected the return request saying that they have dispatched all the products accurately and denied me giving a refund. Now they don't even respond to the emails.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
