Swiggy - ORDERED HAS CANCELLED

Sir... I ordered sub in swiggy and after overall discount total amount I paid is *** through phone or app... At around **** hrs i.e ** min approximately after my order I received a call from delivery boy regarding confirmation of my address. As he couldn't get my voice he asky me to call back . I tried to the number from which he called i.e **********, I got a voice reply that call through swiggy app and I tried through the app to the numbet ********** I confirmed my address. Two minutes after dropping the call I received a message that u r ordered has been cancelled and cancellation charge ** RS has been deducted . Here I have to quote u that "I DID NOT CANCEL MY ORDER" and even I complain to swiggy customer care through chat they said shall we reverse cancellation charge but later they r saying we can't ... Take please necessary action against swiggy..
