Swiggy - Ordered food not delivered

I have ordered Panner biryani (x*) from SHAPURNAGAR FAMILY DABHA . The order id is #***************.

I haven't received the order, but in the app it shows delivered. I tried to contact delivery person, but he is not picking up the phone.

Delivery person details:
Name - KODELA SANDEEP
Phone Number- *** **** ****

I contacted the support team, they informed to send a email to Swiggy support for the refund.

I request to refund the amount *** rupees and to take strict action on the delivery person.
The swiggy support team sent a mail that they investigated and they can't send the refund. How can they investigate if the delivery person is not even lifting their call..

I contacted with multiple support members, but no result.
