Swiggy - Ordered food item haven t reached after 2 hours

I ordered an food item at **:** pm . The oder was placed successfully and money was debited from my account. I didn't had dinner and was waiting for this oder to reach me. I waited for half and hour nothing came then again for another half an hour still nothing then again an hour after finally I decided to contact coustomer care. Then only they are telling me they cant deliver my product. They don't have any delivery patner for my delivery. I they don't have anyone why are they taking the oder and making me wait for * hours and when only I contacted them they told this. I didn't had any dinner and now sitting on an empty stomach starving. I told the coustomer cake executive that I need the food item and deliver it to me. Still the same answer. At last I told them to give me full refund and *** rs food voucher as compensation. They only give *** rs food voucher and refund. I waited for * hours and when I contacted them they only telling that at **:** am they can't deliver my food item. Where will I go to eat at **:**. I am striving without eating anything. Swiggy should answer for this. I am attaching here some screenshots with this
