Swiggy - Ordered delivered to someone else

I ordered food and i was waiting for the call as delivery partner was showing * min distance from my location. I shared the voice note along with full address but suddenly the food showed me delivered, no call no message no notification was there and when I called the delivery partner he was saying he gave the order at different place and he woman informed her my name. First thing in my whole society I am only one with my name and why I didn't got the call why the person gave the order to someone else, other than this the address he confirmed was never shared by me how will he get the address. When I called the cx support they said raise a email ticket it was almost ** pm and now these people are saying to email me... Is this what we are expecting also when I asked the delivery boy to come again I want to know to whom he gave the order he directly denied for the same on the recorded call what should I do know
