Hi Team,
I have ordered a Daniel Klein Watch from TATA CLIQ having order number#******-***-****** on **th Apr ****.
It is a Prepaid Order.
Invoice No : B*******CA******
The Order was shipped by Carrier : XpressBees with AWB Number : *************.
On **th April ****, I received a call from the Delivery Agent (Vemula Surendra Kumar - **********).
He Insisted to visit the Nearby Home area for Delivery, He has Handed over the Parcel without any OTP requirement.
Just after that Opening the Parcel, we figured out we received wrong Item i.e. Lakme Absolute Compact Powder in place of a Watch.
Called the delivery person right away in * mins, he said even he is not aware of this, and requested us to call TATA CLIQ customer care and proceed for Return request.
Going with the TimeLine : the delivery Person called at *:** PM on **th April **** for delivery and I called him back at *:** PM asying product mismatch and Raised a return request at *:**PM **th April ****.
I have Taken the pictures and Video and submitted a return request as well.
The return Delivery person is expecting a Watch, When explained like i have received an incorrect item but due to their limitations he didn't accept the return item.
Meanwhile, I have reached out to the Social Media Support team, They said they have created a ticket and are working on it and said to ignore the return requests.
After a couple of days they came up saying they cant help much, and they have investigated from their end and everything seems fine.
If everything seems to be fine where my watch is??? they didn't have an answer and said they needed to close the ticket and said to reach out to Grievance cell.
After all these, I just went to XpressBees Local Office and complained about this Issue, as he was aware of the missing product he had dropped an email to his head office and forwarded to TataCliq saying the product delivered was wrong.
Not exactly sure what exact Investigation social Media Escalation team has done.
I have also Logged a complaint in the local Police Station for Product Mismatch Yesterday as i am not receiving any updates from any single person.
I am attaching all the proofs i have and the email XPRESSBEES sent to head office and TataCLIQ.
Please help me in this regard.
