I ordered google pixel earbuds from their website and I have not received any confirmation or tracking information since then. I tried to contact them through email, phone and chat, but none of them worked. I feel like I have been scammed and I want a refund or a replacement as soon as possible. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
