Myntra - Ordered a pricey bag got a stale tshirt instead Disappointed

Ordered a bag on October *th worth ₹****. Upon opening it, I found a used shirt and immediately initiated a return request. I called the Myntra team and was asked to wait for ** hours, but despite creating numerous return requests, no one came to pick up the order. The Myntra team is not cooperative, and the constant creation of return requests with no resolution is mentally harassing.
