Flipkart - Ordered a phone but not delivered yet and not allowing to cancel

I had ordered a phone during big billion days on Sept *th it was mentioned it will be delivered within next day but the order has still not reached now . It says our for delivery for past ten days and they are not allowing me to cancel the order . I have filed numerous complaints with Flipkart but still not made their promises to deliver the product. They gave me delivery agent number +** ***** ***** I spoke to him he said I am not from Flipkart spoke to me very rudely and asked me to not to call this number again .
