I have been cheated I ordered * speakers from nykaa on * th sept **** and I received the order on ** th September with only one speaker in it. The parcel I received has the space for * speakers but it contained only one speaker and the rest part was filled with cardboard. I am sending the video of the received parcel. . I have kept the parcel as it is aside(as it was received.). I complained to them and on ky repeated follow ups they finally replied that they have delivered the product I ordered. I was disappointed I reopened the complaint and asked them if they want they can come to my house and check the parcel that is delivered to me but serve justice. They asked me to send a video of the received parcel which I did it's the same video that I have attached here. But again after some ** -** days they gave the same reply that they have delivered the products.i am totally dissatisfied with their resolution. This incident has actually hampered my trust on online shopping.
. Please look into the matter and take my help wherever u want but find out the culprit and help me get my hard earned money or the speaker that I paid for back.
