Gwahyulo Semy filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 5, 2022
I ordered * quantity of Flipkart perfect homes studio * door * shelf PP collapsible wardrobe on **nd Feb **** and it got delivered on **th Feb **** and when i received the package i was quite suspecius as the package was quite small to fit * quantity of the product i ordered but when i checked the invoice it mentioned * in quantity so I took the package and paid the delivery guy for both the product through cash on delivery. But upon opening the package there was only * product instead of *. So I quickly contacted the customer support and they told me to file a refund request as item was missing. I have tried refund request twice but Flipkart has rejected my refund request twice.
