The issue that I have experienced was: We have ordered * Hoodies priced ****/- instead we got * Performax Short which is priced ***/- ! Even after so many mails and tweets in twitter we get no proper response from them! And after we filed a return, the delivery agent has rejected to take up the product and canceled it saying that the quantity doesn't match which is *:*!! What are we supposed to do with their quantity problem! We have provided what we have received, we have received * instead of * and that * is also a wrong product! Inspite of being irresponsible and delivering a wrong product now they are rejecting to pickuup the return too!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
