Swiggy service is going pathetic day by day, I have order food and the delivery guy who was about to get my order he switched off his mobile so we called customer care and spoke to Tabrez inform that we didn't receive our order plus delivery boy number is switched off and even Tabrez tried calling after ** mins call got connected to delivery boy and he said he delivered to wrong address after that he accept n promises to deliver the order however after ** mins he called on my personal number and started arguing a disgusting person he is, instead of getting my order he started irritating me, finally Tabrez said he will send another order but it was more than * hours and it's **:**am but no one was ready to assist tried calling on customer care again no managers was ready to attain the call
This is pathetic service by Swiggy
They says the don't share the personal info of the customer but the delivery guy called multiple times and irritated us
