I have ordered * chicken whoopers and * medium French Fries from Burger King via Swiggy, but received * chicken whooper and * medium fries only. * chicken whooper was missing in the order. Regarding it I have contacted the swiggy customer support, but their chat bot asked to wait for *-* hours for a minimal reply. It has been *-* times Swiggy is doing it and after *-* hours they have been coming with a reply saying they are unable to validate my claim. Swiggy needs to stop this kind of auto replies and provide a human customer support and take the necessary steps to solve customers' issues.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
