Hello officers,
I have ordered a Bosch washing machine on **th April **** in Flipkart for Rs ***** with all existing offers with ordered id OD******************. This was supposed to be delivered on **th April but it was cancelled on **th April with no reason. When I raised a complaint to Flipkart they said it was out of stock from seller OmniTechRetail.
They suggested to place a new order with same seller OmniTechRetail same product on a higher price. Since it was need for me I have to order the same product with same seller for higher price of Rs **,***. Now when it was questioned I have not got the right resolution from flipkart that for same product I had to pay higher price and wasted time in waiting, reordering and followups.
please take this case and try to escalate and help us in refunding the extra money I have to pay and other time wastage.
