Swiggy - Order was cancelled by swiggy after confirmation

I am very very disappointed this kind of behaviour. I placed order with swiggy at ** and waited for two long hour.The delivery partner called me and asked me to come some other place if I want to take my order else he will not deliver the order to my place.I called the customer care he was offering me a hundred rupees coupon which I denied because I wanted to replace the order so I wanted *** rupees coupon,also one more think if I see your ad or your policy if you say that if order is not deliver in a time you will refund the full money, what if the order hasn't been delivered.The order was not delivered and someone from swiggy cancelled the order without my permission. Please address following issue.

How can someone cancel the order?
How can delivery partner deny to deliver the order?
What would you do if the customer cancel the order will you refund any money?
why you did not provided me a coupon same as the value of the food?
What about the time i wasted ?
what about the money that I had *** rupees only in my account now it is with swiggy for next some days?
