Evora Paris - Order Returned but didn t get the Refund

I placed an order for a trimmer on the Evora Paris website (evoraparis.com) and paid ₹*** via UPI. Within * hours of placing the order, I sent an official email requesting cancellation. According to Evora Paris's official company policy, order cancellations are permitted within a **-hour window. However, the company refused my cancellation request, claiming the order had already been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner.Customer support then instructed me to either refuse delivery at my doorstep or accept it and initiate a return. They assured me that once the product was returned to their facility and verified, a full refund of ₹*** would be issued to my account. I have followed their directives, but the merchant has now ceased all communication. They are not responding to my follow-up emails, and my refund remains unpaid.
