Nike - Order replacement shipment issue

I ordered Nike men black RENEW RETALIATION training shoes, shoes stitching was coming out & shoes are dirty so i asked for an replacement . Myntra rejected my replacement and mentioned that they are shipping the material back, this all happened on **rd Nov and now its been approx two months i have called them many number of times .Sometime they say that your product has been reshipped you will get it soon wait for ** -** hours , next time they mentioned that we have closed your complaint because your product has been delivered to you which i have not got . There customer care representatives has no idea where is the product , when it will get delivered . they just know only one thing that please wait for **-** hours ..nothing else . Today also they have no idea and dont want to help customer
