I had used Swiggy for the *st and *nd time ever on a train journey from Mumbai to Kochi due to the train delivery service. In the morning I ordered food and their systems asked for consent for OTP to be read which i gave. But in the evening tha second day while I was reducing the contents of the order itself my order automatically got confirmed and on top the payment as well as the OTP was processed automatically by their systems which is highly illegal. Then when I try to cancel the order in exactly *mts they delay the process long enough to push it beyond the deadline for them to say it I cancel now they will charge the full amount. Never faced any of this in years of usage of Zomato. Has anyone else faced it ? And nobody makes a false complaint for *** bucks. This genuinely happened and people should know and watch out. Has it happened to anyone else ?
