Solo luxury - Order postponed indefinitely

They say delivery within a month then no delivery after a month. I keep reminding them. They keep saying it will be delivered soon. After * months I ask a refund now they are not responding. If required I can give their customer support in WhatsApp where I keep asking for a refund and I only keep getting advertisements now.
I tried on * of their number on WhatsApp and email. I have wasted so much time because of this. Here are their numbers I know
