I placed an order with Swiggy on **-Nov at *:**PM with order# ***********. After **m, I was called to inform that delivery executive had a problem and they had to send a different person. A new order was placed by Swiggy at **:**PM. About **m later, I was informed that the restaurant was closed and my order will not be delivered. I wanted to escalate the issue to the Manager and requested to transfer the call, the call was placed on hold for **m and then was disconnected without any further information. I was informed that I’ll receive refund for the order in *-* days and as of today, after ** days, I didn’t get the refund yet.
I placed another order today at *:**PM. Delivery executive called me after **m to say that the road to my address is blocked and he couldn’t come. I have explained him he might have taken the wrong route and redirected him. He was not ready to deliver stating that he has already traveled for *KM and it would take further *KM. He repeated kept saying this and asked me to call customer care. I chatted with Swiggy support, was asked to provide instructions to be shared with the delivery executive to get to my adress, which I did. **m later, I received call from Swiggy support to assist delivery excutive with instructions. I explained the route again for the third time to the delivery executive. He kept repeating that he had to travel additional distance. After the Swiggy support person assured that the additional distance will be taken care of in the form of payment, delivery executive agreed to deliver the order. And ** m later I got another call from Swiggy support to inform that the delivery executive had flat tire and my order cannot be delivered. I was informed that a new order will be placed and it would take **m for the order to be delivered. I declined and my order was refunded immediately.
I am still waiting for the refund of my first order while the second order got refunded immediately. I had to wait for food to be delivered for *-* hours and yet my food is not getting delivered.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
