Vivo - order placed by mistake but zoomshop is not refunding my money back

Hello, i placed an order on zoomshop website without reading their cancellation policy. After reading cancellation policy, i found that zoomshop doesn't refund money after placing order. This is a huge fraud and i have been looted.
Every online apps like flipkart, amazon, paytm etc. refund amount of their customers but why zoomshop doesn't refund. This is a fraud website and strict action should be taken against this website.
