The Case Factory India - Order Paid But Not Created or Delivered by The Case Factory India

I placed an order on The Case Factory India website and successfully completed the payment. However, after the payment was made:
• No order was created or shown in my account.
• I did not receive any order confirmation email or tracking information.
• I have made several attempts to contact the company via their provided email address (thecasefactoryindia@gmail.com), but I have received no response.
• There is no customer care number available on their website, making it impossible to resolve the issue through direct communication.
This experience is very disappointing and has caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. I believe this behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.
