The Case Factory India - I did not get my order

I placed an order on The Case Factory India website and successfully completed the payment.
However, after the payment was made:
• No order was created or shown in my account.
• I did not receive any order confirmation email or tracking information.
• I have made several attempts to contact the company via the provided mail address (thecasefactoryindia@gmail.com), but I have received no response.
