Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against The Case Factory India (website: https://casefactory.co.in) regarding a prepaid order that was never delivered.
I placed an order for a mobile cover on August **, **** at *:** pm and made full payment of ₹ Rs.*,***.** via Cred Upi App. The order ID is S*****. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the product, nor have I received any response from the company. Their customer support email (thecasefactoryindia@gmail.com) remains unresponsive, and no contact number is available on their website.
This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product constitutes a breach of consumer trust and online transaction norms. I request your assistance in initiating a refund process and taking appropriate action against the vendor to prevent further consumer exploitation.
