I have order the product and paid through my Paytm wallet, according to Paytm the payment was done to Zivame in same day and I also got the payment reference number which I have shared with Zivame still there customer service is not able to
Find the payment and states the order got cancelled because the payment wasn’t received which is again incorrect I have made cancelled the order because it was duplicate. From Paytm wallet the payment was done and Zivame is not ready to do the refund in spite of sharing the details with screenshot on payment
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
