HRUDAYA CHANDAN SAHOO filed complaint against Ajio on Dec 2, 2023
Purchased an order from Ajio on **th of November. At the time of delivery had to cancel the product by sharing OTP to the delivery agent. But on the site, its showing that product is packed (in reality it has been shipped and delivery attempt was made), it's not updating anything. Tried to reach customer care multiple times, still no solution was provided. On canceling the product they are not even updating nor generating refund ID of that order.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
