I am prashanth kumar. I have placed an order from zomato app to your one of your outlet on *st jan **:**am but i havent got my order, so i tried calling on *********** several times till *am till then all your executives have asked me to wait that is almost * and half hours. after *am your restaurant is closed and my order status is been showing delivered in zomato app.my order has placed on number ********** with order no ***.these are the few attachments from app and text i got from the order.And i also have call recording of your executives.I request you to send me the proper response. if not i have to go to consumer court.
