I placed order through your official website of woodland (Order No. *******), dated ** July ****, for a pair of shoes. At the time of purchase, the promised delivery timeline was within *–* days, which has not been fulfilled.
Despite waiting beyond ** July ****, I received no response to my follow-up emails. As a result, I personally visited your corporate office in Karol Bagh, New Delhi ** July **** to seek clarity. Following this, on ** August ****, provided with a waybill number on mail to me,
Upon checking, I found that the shipment was created on ** July ****, but unfortunately, it was cancelled on ** August **** by the seller. I promptly informed Woodland of this development via email and requested an update. On ** August ****, I also requested a refund for the undelivered item.
As of now, **:** on ** August ****, I have yet to receive any response or resolution from your team. Even i tried multiple calls.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
