Piyali Sengupta filed complaint against nestroots on Apr 25, 2025
Order: #*****, was placed on **st March ****. I followed up multiple times on their whatsapp customer service number and there has been no response.
I received partial items on **nd April **** where quality seems sub par in contrast to website description. I have reported complain via email and have not received any response yet. I want full refund from Nestroots and also faciltate return of the partial items that were delivered almost a month late.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Nestroots initially sent the wrong product with a **+ day delay, and now they are not responding or resolving these issues, despite **+ days of daily follow-ups. It is a cheat startup.
