I have placed lunch for my guest and the delivery time has been increased multiple times then i called first delivery executive( udaiveer) his contact no. was not reachable their backend team changed D.E without confirming with first DE, when second DE reach restaurant then he got to know my order has been taken by first DE but still that guy was not reachable, when first DE contact reachable then the guy denied to deliver my order, and when i spoke to customer care they have cancelled my order without my knowledge. even the amount was paid through netbanking but they cancelled my order, i have wasted my time to track DE and my order instead of swiggy team. swiggy has totally unprofessional team. this is worst experience with swiggy. i,m unable to attach full evidence but i have attached one screenshot.
