Lavanya bali filed complaint against Swiggy on May 29, 2024
I ordered from the swiggy app from a nearby restaurant but after the shown time and tracking delivery partner at the end I did not receive my order. I even contacted their helpline number multiple times they just told me to email them and I did that too but they just said that it has been marked delivered so there is nothing they can do but what about the money spent this is just frustrating it has been over a week and still no solution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
