I placed an order on Kwabey on [DATE] with Order ID [ORDER ID]. However, since placing the order, there has been no update regarding processing or shipping.
I have tried contacting their support team multiple times, but I have not received any response or proper update regarding my order.
Due to this delay and lack of communication, I no longer wish to continue with the order. I request immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of the amount paid.
This kind of service is unacceptable and causes inconvenience to customers. I request prompt action on this matter.
Expected Resolution:
• Immediate cancellation of order
• Full refund to original payment method
