I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been facing regarding a refund for an order.
I ordered * products from Myntra on Friday (**-**-****) at * pm(IST) around.
I received an alert informing that your order was not placed as there was a problem in processing the payment.
My order was not placed but the amount was deducted from my account. I also called customer service. They informed me to wait for * business days. However, it has been more than * days and I am yet to receive the refund amount.
I called several times today to customer service but they informed that they don't have any details regarding the money credited to Myntra.
I have checked my bank account and verified with my financial institution, but no refund has been credited to my account.
I kindly request your assistance in expediting the refund process and resolving this matter at the earliest. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide an update on the status of my refund and the expected timeline for its completion. If there are any specific documents or information required from my end, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide them promptly.
