I tried to place an order of ₹**** on **th April **** between **.**AM and **.** AM using debit card and payment from my end was successful but Myntra didn't approved it and order wasn't placed. So order number was not generated BUT MONEY GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I tried to do payment again using INTERNET BANKING ASSOCIATED WITH MY OTHER ACCOUNT AND IT SHOWED THE SAME ISSUE. SO NOW I AM OUT OF ₹****. I Tried to reach out to their customer service raised an issue regarding the first payment failure using debit card , they responded that they will be reverting Rs **** to my bank account. I raised another issue for my second payment failure using Net banking AND THEY CLOSED THIS ISSUE SAYING THEY ALREADY RESPONDED TO IT. Although both failures are same , BUT MONEY GOT DEDUCTED TWICE FROM TWO SEPARATE ACCOUNTS, HOW COME THEY CAN ONLY APPROVE FAILURE OF ONE OF THEM ONLY??
