I understand that due to pandemic that things are difficult. That is why I first checked with their executive if they deliver. They said yes and hence i placed my order. They now claim that the order could not be fulfilled due to lockdown. Customer care Executives are trained to only hang up. They don't respond to mails, calls or chats. Such a terrible experience.! The least they can do is respond. I need my money refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

The order was not delivered on the assured date and when requested for refund they are not giving the refund in the original payment mode rather giving coupon codes which is of no use for me
They took full amount in advance and extra *** for the delivery but later package not delivered and also they were not able to reach over the call
