Omveer filed complaint against Tata Cliq on Dec 18, 2020
I order Mobile(Vivo X** *** GB Glaze Black) on **th December for amount Rs. ***** and estimate delivery date was **th December and my order still not shipped and it's showing in process. So I complaint about it to customer care on **th December via complaint id **********. And after no resolution I complaint about it today again on
**th December on Tatacliq twitter handle, now Tata cliq's twitter team saying my order cancelled due to technical glitch (but in my order
history it still showing as "in process") and place another order but now price increased to Rs. *****. So please either deliver my order or give me discount coupon/gift card for difference amount of prices of Rs. *****.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
