I ordered from Amazon via ecom express .
I received the call from ecom express delivery person he said I can't deliver your parcel due to the address is not under ecom express.
I called both customer care Amazon and ecom express customer service said that your order will be delivered.
But the delivery boy deny and he is done only formalities.
This incident happened second time with me.
