Zomato food delivery - Order not delivered

I ordered food from Zomato in Nellore town.The delivery boy blocked my phone number .I am present at the location for about *hr and i did not receive my order.l called from another number and he told to complain to higher authorities but he will not deliver my order.l received from Zomato that I was not present at location so they cancelled my order. But I am present at location and waited for *hour.l have evidence of calling to him several times. But still my number is blocked.
