SHAIK GOUSE BASHA filed complaint against Zomato on May 6, 2019
This is happening repeatedly when the order wasn't able to deliver because it's not accepted by the restaurant. Here Zomato as the third party should take the responsibility whether the order is delivered or not but it doesn't especially in night times. What if the customer (student, young employee) is having the only amount he ordered for that he has to sleep with empty stomach whole night and when the payment refunded he has to see the alternative. I am very serious about this issue and faced this issue many times. So in order to compensate for my frustration/loss, I am doing this.
The customer service is not at least responding my calls and even my messages though. See in the attached file for more detailed information.
