Krishna Mohan Tiwari filed complaint against Ferns N Petals on Apr 24, 2019
I ordered from Ferns and Petals on **-**-**** order no *******. Payment has done on the same date but the order was not delivered on time. After enquiry with Ferns and Petals customer card team they said that payment has not done. I confirmed that payment is done from my account. But they were not listening at the time and my order was not delivered. After one month when I sent my account detail then they realized otherwise their team forget. The mistake is done at FNS team end. This is their responsibility to settle the thing.
