I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against an online shopping platform, Aachho (www.aachho.com
).
I had placed an order on [may ****], and despite waiting for over three months, the product was never delivered. To make matters worse, the company recently canceled my order without providing any valid reason, explanation, or refund as of today.I have made multiple attempts to contact Aachho’s support team, but I have either received no response or been met with generic replies. This delay and unilateral cancellation is not only unprofessional but also violates my rights as a consumer.
