I placed a prepaid order with Swiggy, which was unjustly canceled by the delivery partner despite my clear instructions. After confirming my address, the delivery partner stalled near my location for ** minutes without further contact, then canceled the order, incorrectly citing "non-responsiveness." Swiggy’s customer support refused my refund request, despite this failure to deliver.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
