As part of #******, I had placed an exchange order request for Sparkling Purple Gotapatti Suit Set from size S to M.
The order was picked up for exchange on **th Aug but post that i have been writing to them, calling them on customer care and also tagged them on linked as there is no response from them.
It is extremely frustrating as it has been almost a month since i have been chasing them. I paid additional *** Rs for exchange services which seems a waste now
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
