I ordered food on swiggy at *:**pm on. The waiting period for the order was ** minutes. at **:** pm I receive a message that the order has been delivered. I contact the delivery person and he says that he had met with an accident and had not taken delivery of the order. The same delivery boy was not reachable during my previous attempts. There is no way any customer care from swiggy is responding to my query of refund of my cash.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
