Swiggy - Order Not Delivered

The order was placed at *:**..after the order was confirmed it showed the order will be delivered in next ** mins. By *:**, the shows delivered. Till this time, i haven't received a single call from the delivery partner confirming the address nor have i received the order. The next minute i get on chat with swiggy agent and i was informed by mistake the delivery guy marked it as order delivered, but he is on his way to reach my location. After ** mins I have been offered do i need the refund. I chose to talk to supervisor, Again proven unhelpful.... the entire chat process took one hour of my time and was the refund of *** and delivery charges was deducted by them. This is the *-*th time i am facing the similar kind of issue with Swiggy. Delivery agents are asked to do multiple deliveries. Order are not delivered on time. Agents seems to repeat the same thing again n again.
