Swiggy - Order not delivered

I have placed a order in swiggy app with Dominos outlet at *.** pm on **/May/****.But the order is not delivered to me reached outlet mobile number in swiggy app that too not working then I contacted to swiggy support team they replied that after ** mins of your order only you can reach to get solution. In swiggy app it shows status delivered but I haven't received it.

After ** mins again reached swiggy support but that time they are saying we are not responsible kindly reach in person to the outlet and get the details about your order. Due to lockdown here outlets are not working after * pm. After the support chat time almost reached *pm then how can I go to the outlet.

Due to this get more stress because my amount of rupees *** lost.
