Pam filed complaint against Flipkart on Feb 13, 2021
Flipkart has been misleading me with my order status since * weeks. They had been promising me that the product is on the way & there's nothing to worry about the delay. They have updated the status as out for delivery since *nd Feb. Now they are asking me to cancel the order & place a new order at an increased price. They are not bothered about the hassel they have caused to me and not ready to make the product available to me at the same price. Refund will take ** days is what they informed.
