Swiggy - Order not delivered

Hi
I want to highlight today's incident the kind of service was provided by the Swiggy.
Really not expected from the brand like this.
Delivery person not able to locate the my address so called him ,located him the address not providing his exact location and saying he is standing in front of my house. The team I spoke with the senior Mr. RAVI, not at all help full, very assertive and not at all customer centric it just not matters to him if the cust stays or goes it doesn't matters to him. And he is giving an excuse that it depends upon the value of the order according to that actions are taken. And the Delivery boy was so rude he was just *** meters away from my place asking me to comedown to the point to take the order time was *.**pm and he denied on the face and the swiggy team was ok with his verdict but not ready to believe the customer.I understand we are today at the internet world and GPS cannot be exact but rather than be living to his customer he is more confident on the electronic gaget.
